Fujian - Tea originated in China, where they have been growing it for thousands of years. Some of the best teas are grown in the mountains of the Fujian Provence.  To make this chocolate, Luis Moro takes green tea blended with fruits and flowers of Provence, from one of the best tea merchants in the world, and combines it with white chocolate.  They then enrobe it in dark chocolate. The result is a delightful chocolate with wonderful flavor that is becoming a customer favorite.
